Product and licence term

Offers specify one product and a fixed term, paid upfront. Each seat is for a named person in the licensed organisation. Recording several trading entities within that organisation does not create additional seats.

Payment confirmation

Payment is made through Stripe hosted checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, the licence record appears in your account.

Billisecond licence commencement

The signed key can be used immediately after generation. Its fixed term begins seven calendar days after the first key is generated, not on payment or first activation. The generated, commencement and expiry dates are shown in My account once the key has been issued. Adding a computer record does not restart or extend the term.

Application-key delivery

A signed application key is supplied after review of the payment and customer details. Creating an account or completing checkout does not activate installed software by itself. Contact us before purchase if you need a key by a particular deadline.

Computer records

Your account can record up to five computers per assigned seat. These records organise key delivery; they do not themselves restrict a key to those computers. The restrictions supported by the application’s key format apply. Current Billisecond keys do not contain product, user or hardware bindings.

Offline use and renewal

Installed keys are used locally. Retiring a computer in the account does not remotely disable a previously downloaded key. Renewal requires a renewed key to be imported into the application.
