Before you install
Set up Timers
for your team.
- Tell us which Windows computers will run Timers, how many people will use it and how your SQL Server is set up.
- Decide who will manage database access, backups and upgrades. Don’t send database passwords through this website.
- Ask us for the installer and setup instructions. Installing the desktop app doesn’t create or configure your SQL Server database.
- Check the installation with sample clients and matters before entering real records.
Billisecond Timers requires a paid licence. Your time records are stored on your SQL Server, separately from your website account.

Application activation
Sign in to My account with your customer email address. Once we’ve reviewed your key request, you can download the key and enter it in the app’s licence settings. Paying for a licence doesn’t activate the app automatically.
Email link opens in the wrong browser
Return to the browser that requested the link. If you cannot use it there, request another link from the browser you intend to use. Links work once and expire after ten minutes; email previews do not complete sign-in.
Before an update or restore
Keep a separate backup of the working records. Check the supplied release notes and any database migration warning. Do not delete a database, overwrite originals or uninstall an application simply to clear an error.
Request help
Include the product version, exact error wording, steps to reproduce it and a non-sensitive order or enquiry reference. Do not include full licence keys or confidential files.

Do I have to put my business data in your cloud?
No. The product pages describe the storage model for each application. Billisecond Timers uses your organisation’s SQL Server; local file tools process documents on your computer. Website account and licence records are separate.
Does payment activate the application automatically?
No. A confirmed payment creates the licence record in your account. Experdition reviews the details and supplies a signed application key separately. Contact us before purchase if you need a key by a particular deadline.
Can I use a downloaded licence key offline?
Yes. An installed key is checked locally; the app doesn’t need a constant connection to this website. The key’s expiry date and licence conditions still apply.
What should I send with a support enquiry?
Include the product, version, exact error message and steps to reproduce it. Leave out client records, passwords, licence keys and database credentials. We can agree a safe diagnostic process if more information is needed.
Will the PDF tools preserve every document feature?
Not every feature. The result depends on the document and the settings you choose. Read the product’s limitations and check the finished file before sending it to someone else.
